# When are you open?
WT Urban Kitchen opened on October 1, 2015. We now serve dinner 7 days a week from 5:00 PM. In addition, we also serve lunch between 12:00 and 15:30 on Friday through Sunday. On request, there are also options outside of our regular opening times.
# How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via the reservation module on our own website, which you will find here . You reserve per floor, you make a choice between the 9th and 10th floor in advance.
We are aware that it is currently difficult to make a reservation (for the weekends) on the 10th floor due to crowds, so we are happy to look with you if you have any questions. In addition, we use a reserve list for both the 9th and 10th floors. If there are cancellations before the date that you are on the list, we will contact you.
# How does the deposit work?
We charge a deposit of €15,- per person. Your reservation is confirmed after you payed the deposit via the link in the email you received. The deposit will be deducted from your check. If you register for the waiting list, no deposit is required.
Refunds are possible up to 24 hours before your reservation. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be automatically refunded.
If you come with fewer people than you have made the reservation for, the deposit will be deducted from the check for the number of people that are present.
# Can I make a reservation for a larger group in your restaurant?
You can reserve online for groups of up to 6 people, after which the reservation runs via email or the contact form . For groups of up to 8 people there is room in the restaurant on the 10th floor, after which we would like to welcome you in our private dining room in the original water tank.
# Can I also rent the restaurant for events or larger parties?
In consultation, it is possible to rent the entire restaurant until 4 p.m. for a private lunch or drink. Unfortunately it is not possible to rent the entire restaurant in the evening. We do have options for private dining for up to 25 people in the original water tank. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us by email or by phone at 030-3031216.
# Do you have a lift / is the water tower accessible for disabled people?
Every floor in the water tower can be reached by elevator!
Both the 8th and 10th floors are completely ground floor. All our tables on the 9th floor are raised and therefore only accessible via a substantial step. This floor is therefore unfortunately not accessible for disabled people. If in doubt, we advise you to always contact us by telephone to make a reservation. We are available every day by telephone between 12:00 and 24:00 on 030-3031216.
# Can you take into account my dietary requirements or allergies?
You will always find a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes on our menu. Our chefs are happy to take into account any other dietary requirements or allergies. When making your reservation you can indicate if there are any wishes that we can take into account. Do you have doubts or do you have a specific diet? Then we ask you to contact us in advance by telephone on 030-3031216.
# Where can I park?
The closest parking places can be found in front of the old Pastoe factory. This is located a stone’s throw from the restaurant at Rotsoord, where you can park for € 2.53 per hour.
Please make sure you bring your valuables! We are happy to store it for you in the restaurant.
An alternative is to use the Vaartsche Rijn parking garage. This is located under the NS station of the same name at Baden Powellweg 103, 3523 CA Utrecht. The parking garage is open 24 hours a day and is only a few hundred meters walk from the water tower. You can buy an exit ticket from us, a day ticket (24 hours) is € 13, – or an evening ticket (7:00 pm to 12:00 pm) for just € 5.
